User experience analysis and design

User experience can be applied in most scenarios you can imagine

Life is a continuous interaction. Since we were kids, every day we have been using objects, spaces, services, and now more than ever, technologies. Everything that is not nature must be human centered designed, otherwise it won't be useful and will be quickly discarded.

Don't you hate when you pay for something that doesn't work well or when you have to wait in a line for a long time because something is inefficient? Nobody wants to waste money or time. Whatever the product or the service you are offering is, it must be thought to offer a satisfying experience, this is where designers can help you, because we know there are a lot of good ideas out there that sometimes you are not sure how to take to the next step.

Through different methodologies and techniques, designers are able to create useful and sustainable projects, such as web sites, mobile apps, systems, desktop tools, even a company's resources planning and organization. This is the place I use to show some of the work I have done as a designer, feel free to contact me.

BUSINESS STRATEGY

The designer should be involved with the client and the development team in order to make integral decisions that benefit the user and also the company. It is always important to define the scope of the project and the features that will be reserved for other versions.

sOFTWARE analysis

If you have a software, such as a website, mobile app, system or desktop tool that needs to be updated or you want to build it from scratch, it is very important to invest in a usability analysis in order to identify errors that won't let it be successful. This is something I can help you with.

Information architecture

Organizing data is one of my best skills, I love to find a mess and leave it as organized as possible. With all the information available nowadays, achieving a good architecture for navigation is a must. Make sure to work with a designer that can solve it properly.

requirements study

Sometimes you have an idea or a concept about what you would like for your site, app, or system, but you are not sure how to communicate that. As a designer, I am able to organize your ideas, find needs and requirements and create a plan in order to turn it in to a product.

software design

I am able to apply several methodologies and exercises that transform the designing process in a satisfying experience. Once the design is done, the development team will have everything they need to start coding peacefully a well thought and validated product.

Service design

Design can also be intangible. If you have a company, you don't just want to produce good experiences for your clients, but also provide good experiences for your employees. This will organize and improve internal processes and increase the efficiency of your productivity.

Research

This is a fundamental part of the design process, if you overlook it you may be leaving many important details aside. You can always have a designer in charge of research data for several applications in the products or services you are offering.

Usability testing

Testing guarantees you saving money and time in developments that may be full of mistakes. You need to be sure that users understand what you are trying to communicate, and the only way to know that before the project is done, is by testing it.

I was born in a moment with a lot of data waiting for being organized. Let’s work on that.
